Below we provide a collection of frequently asked questions and common errors that students have asked or come across while using Groundschool Anywhere. We are aware of an issue with version 4.1.1 & 4.1.2 crashing on iOS. A fix has been released. Please visit the AppStore and update to version 4.1.3. We apologize for any inconvenience and have taken steps to make sure issues like this do not occur in the future.
Prolonged use of our app has been found to cause memory depletion. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we are pleased to let you know that a fix is on the way in version 4.1.0. Our team has been working to optimize memory management so that you can continue to study without interruptions. We apologize for any frustration and appreciate your patience.

If you have made a book purchase but cannot see the book in your library while running Groundschool Anywhere on MacOS, this is an operating system issue with early versions of Montery (~MacOS 13), confirmed by Apple. This can be fixed by updating your operating system to the latest version of MacOS Montery (at least 13.3.1).
